Swiss printing company Vögeli, a leader in circular packaging, will showcase its innovative solutions at the EMPACK trade fair in Bern on January 24-25. Certified to the prestigious Cradle to Cradle Gold standard, Vögeli specializes in environmentally friendly packaging for products such as food, textiles, and cosmetics.

The European Union (EU) is increasingly focusing on sustainable packaging, pushing for adherence to circular economy principles. Vögeli, hailing from the canton of Bern, is ahead in this trend. Their packaging is not only free from harmful substances but also fully circular, aligning with future EU regulations.

Clients like Alpahirt, a charcuterie company in Graubünden, utilize Vögeli’s cardboard packaging for their dried meats. Textile firm Calida and Washo AG, a shower care product company from Baar, also employ Vögeli’s recyclable packaging solutions. Lanz Natur AG’s Lanur cosmetics line is another example of Vögeli’s diverse clientele.

Co-Managing Director Renato Vögeli emphasizes the importance of recyclable packaging, which is likely to become mandatory soon. He expresses pride in offering high-quality, sustainable packaging options to customers.

At EMPACK, Vögeli will not only display its circular packaging but also its innovative printing techniques. These include marketing and campaign integration solutions like seed-lined inlays and flyers, contributing positively to the environment.
