It will produce lightweight components for various types of vehicles, supporting the industry’s commitment to sustainable mobility.
Similarly, in Pune, India, Autoneum will inaugurate a new facility in the second quarter of 2024. Spanning 7,500 square meters, this site will manufacture a range of automotive components, including carpet systems, interior trim, and noise protection elements.
These expansions mark Autoneum’s dedication to meeting the increasing demand for eco-friendly automotive solutions in Asia. Andreas Kolf, Head of Business Group Asia, emphasizes the importance of these ventures in strengthening Autoneum’s position in this vital growth market. With a focus on sustainability and growth, Autoneum aims to contribute to the region’s automotive industry while boosting its own revenue and earnings in the medium term.
