The Braillard Architects Foundation is thrilled to present the Geneva Debate on “European Ecological Densities: Forms and Parameters of Urban Transition.”
Under the effects of climate change and the ensuing social, economic, and environmental crises, urban lives are undergoing profound transformations. In light of these challenges, the debate aims to shed light on how cities can be shaped to leave a sustainable legacy for future generations.
The discussion will revolve around key topics such as density, which intersects with housing rights, essential services, mobility, public spaces, biodiversity, and food. Experts from the Braillard Architects Foundation’s Transition Workshop 2023, as well as local professionals from Geneva, will converge to share their insights and engage in a stimulating dialogue.
